Today I'm finally done with you Festus and all of Arbys...Rude staff, they don't listen when you place an order. You get old, cold food. Even at lunch rush, you'll still get it. They literally argued with me today. I ordered a fish sandwich, what I got after waiting for 8 minutes on the"yellow arrow" so you'd think it's going to be fresh right? I have never walked out of an Arby's and said, I sure am glad I stopped here. Today was no different. Our fish sandwiches were old. the fish was hard around the edges. I paid for our food and the girl called my name just as we stepped away from the register. How long does fish take to cook? 15 seconds? nope. It had to be sitting in a warming test, already wrapped.

Getting ridiculously slow anymore
Ordered choc milk shake and Jamocha milk shake. Tasted exactly the same - like vanilla. Ice cream all over the outside of the cup. Ordered two triple chocolate cookies - got two salted caramel cookies that were so overly warmed they were melted mess :(
I went through today and I ordered a #16 she asked me what size and drink, I told her..then I get my food w no fries so I go back around and tell them they say sorry pull up to window so I do then its a totally different employee and he proceeds to tell me I have to pay for them well I already paid more than the meal cause they charged me for soda and sandwich which is about the same price as meal! so instead of reringing it he proceeds to tell me ill have to pay for the fries seperate! wasnt my mistake and was not friendly!... read more
I am not eating here again. I know sandwiches don’t look like the pictures but I ordered their 2 for $6 Bacon -cheddar roast beef & it was about 1/3 the size of the ad picture. Very disappointed. Since the only way to get or give a response is to give all my info I refuse. I gave you my e-mail & was ignored. Worst customer service ever.
I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwhich. It had more filler ( apples, grapes, and want I think was celery) than chicken. It did not cover the bread and the apple pieces were bigger than the chicken pieces. Very disappointed!!!
