I've went there three times in the last three weeks( I eat out almost everyday) They messed up my order 3 times in a row. I contacted a manager. She said she was sorry but most of their help is knew. Never offered to make it right.

RecommendedI have had a lot of bad experiences with Arby's. Had a nasty sandwich and was told a gift card was in the mail. Never received it. Yesterday, all of our chicken sliders were hard as a rock. The only thing that helped with the experience is that Dom (the cashier at the front) had a wonderful personality with a genuine smile. Thank you Dom for making the otherwise disappointing experience, a nice one because of your personality
