The drive thru was five minutes wait per a car to order. Asked for the 2 for six special and told it was nine something. The Arby's in St. Peters onid Rivers Mall Drivedoesn't give a crap about customer service.

I order a meal for $13.79. Didn’t check the receipt on the bag, mostly because I didn’t think I needed to, and got home with a $6.02 receipt and the only thing that I got that I actually ordered was my drink. I called the restaurant again and agin with no answer and the drive-thru was 15 cars deep. Overall I gave them 13.79 to wait in the drive-they for 15 minutes and not get anything I ordered (aside from a drink). Worst customer service in the world. Will never be back at this Arby’s! The “general manager” went back to look at the cameras to prove me wrong that I didn’t ask for onions on my sandwich. And also ordered the beef and cheddar. First sandwich had one little drip of cheese so we complained and she remade it after arguing with us and completely lathered it in cheese. Couldn’t even eat the sandwich with your hands. Just wanted a normal sandwich. Called corporate because I have never experienced such horrible customer service.
