I came to this Arby's around 2 PM (well past the lunch rush). Drive-Thru was backed up and it was taking forever to serve customers. I tried to order the new triple brown sugar bacon Club with no lettuce or tomato and mayonnaise instead of Dijon mustard. I was told they didn't have any turkey, so I told her just the ham and bacon would be fine. Came in tonight and the girls were very professional, nice and courteous. The place was spotless and they were on top of everything. Had a real bad experience about a week ago and they have obviously stepped up and remedied it.

Get it together! Drive-thru didn't move at all! We even called from the line asking them to have the car in front pull ahead if there was a wait for something and they still did Jack crap about it. Needless to say we pulled off and went somewhere else that has customer service! I'd hate to see what this restaurant does during rush hour if they can't handle 3 cars in the Drive-Thru.

I have been going to this Arby's for years. The place is always spotless and service is fast and efficient. Food was hot and tasty. Dining area clean. Counter help was friendly and took the usual time. Only drawback was slow customer ordering but that was after us. Counter person was calm patient with slow customer. Will be going back to this place. Great location .
