waiting in line for 10 minutes and didnt even get to order. had to go somewhere else for lunch.

worst service ever told 2 min for fries and here we are waiting 15 min later!!!!!! go in and the 3 employees forgot about us..... get home and the fries we had wait for are overcooked to point there rock hard!!!!!! waste of 30$ and 20 min of being out in this contaminated world..... hire new help!!!!!
Get rid of the Mac & Cheese, if you can't do it right, don't do it at all!

I’m very disappointed. I never had any issues with this Arby’s until they moved from their Appleton road location. I’ve been here a number of times and there’s always something wrong with my order. The last time it was so bad they sent me coupons to fix it. I used my coupons tonight and got a beef and cheddar sandwich and specifically said ONLY the cheddar on it and they put red sauce on it. Plus the fact that I asked for Dr Pepper and got coke. I probably won’t ever be back. So disappointing.
