Fifteen minute wait for cold food. Poppers so tough we couldn't bite through. Cheese on slider had melted off, stuck to bottom and resolidified. Slider meat was cold. And no, it wasn't busy. Sad.
Just drove past Oneida Street Arby's. If you are going to fly the flag, please honor it properly. Flags are to be half-staff on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018, in honor of former President George Herbert Walker Bush.Flags will remain at half-staff until sunset on Dec. 30, 2018.
Twice now in a short time my fries were forgot thru the drive thru... I come for fries! Not cool guys... DOUBLE CHECK ORDERS BEFORE HANDING THEM OUT THE WINDOW!!

Ever since I left here this place went down the drain really quick...just now I come home to my entire meal being wrong...I asked for a TURKEY GYRO with NO LETTUCE and EXTRA ONIONS..instead I got a ROAST BEEF GYRO WITH NO LETTUCE OR ONIONS! Whoever took my order really needs to learn how to REPEAT. ORDERS. BACK. This is now probably the 5th or 6th time I’ve had my food wrong...if I get it screwed up one more time I will gladly kiss this location goodbye.

Two people standing at the counter talking to the one guy at the back making sandwiches. Plus they made me wait to order while they talked and the tables were dirty. Not a very good way to conduct business.
I had no issues I come here now.I will Never go to mason st.one. the food was so fresh and I didn't have to wait half hour like mason st. Here all workers were really nice .
