So frustrating to get home with your drivethru order and find that NO sauces were placed in the bag... Not even worth eating without...
when someone orders a #9 meal with a Dr. Pepper....plus an 8 pc. jalepeno bite.....that means fries with meal....not substitute. Plus, sauce for jalepeno bites would have been nice......must be a Sunday thing.

Just went through the drive-thru and out server was totally awesome! Made our order of 2 large fries, a shake, and chicken into a meal to save us some money. Also the other drive-thru worker was so polite and nice. Absolutely great service. :)

My battery died in parking lot last night. Manager sent employee out to help me. Bailey was so kind, a genuinely nice man! Thank you Arby's for the awesome customer service.
The manager, Nicole, was extremely rude and condescending to not only me but also the senior couple that followed. Her attitude towards her (clearly unhappy) employees was astoundingly negative.
