RecommendedI love Arby’s food and customer service. Always fast and friendly even when there’s a line of cars! Today was the first time I was disappointed. I ordered 2 gyros, and my sons was full and amazing! Mine however, looked like this. Almost no lettuce, two measly tomatoes and two bites of meat, also not much sauce. All bread. So bummed! Hope our next visit is better!!
This location is HORRIBLE. The last 3 times we went we have not even been close to getting all of our food. This last time my daughter didn’t get her ENTIRE MEAL after we waited and were assured it was everything. Tried calling to get it fixed and not one person answers. 🤷🏼♀️ tons of money wasted because of incompetent workers we will not be back 🏽

Forest Lake, Mn location: Terrible service today at 2pm. Ordered food finally and then waited a while, and other customer stood by counter (ordered after me) and the server gave him my food. I said that might be mine and the server looked terribly confused! I looked in the bag and it was mine. The other customer got upset and asked me what I ordered. I grabbed the bag and walked out. No organization for the front counter!!! And no I’m sorry. Then got home and they forgot my sauce for the mozzarella sticks. What a joke!
Four of us tried to get served last night around 9:00. We stood there for five minutes and neither worker would even acknowledge us. Will NEVER go there again!!
Love arbys. always amazing food. good prices. friendly. has a bell you can ring for good service. fries are amazing. I highly recommend
Was just at this location tonight. the beef had an unknown laytex like material in 3 of my sandwiches!! Scary I would stay away!!
