RecommendedI came in last week and was having a crappy day. Jeana was the service provider at the register. She was amazing, so friendly, prompt and genuinely in a great mood. I truly appreciated her. I wanted to take the survey but didn’t keep my receipt so I don’t know the 4 digit code to enter with the survey. Please respond with code so I can complete survey! Thanks for being the only fast food establishment that I enjoy.
The manager Adam is very professional & courteous. Jo is also an amazing employee! Food made fresh and is very tasty!
Worst Arby's I've ever been to. I waited 15 minutes behind two cars to get my son's food, they gave him the wrong drink and his roast beef and French fries were cold! We really waited 15 minutes to get cold food?? Never coming back to this one again

I'm currently sitting in this establishment eating my dinner, which is good. However, one employee was very rude and disrespectful. Not only did she yell at us when we told her we believed that there was an error on our bill, she then proceeded to tell her coworkers how we are cheap while we were still within earshot. Storming off and huffing and puffing because a customer is questioning a bill is NEVER OK. Because of this employee, we will not be returning.
Everybody was friendly and it was one of the cleanest fast food establishments I've been in in years!
