Worst meal ever tonight from arbys. Meat was burned to a crip. Bun was same way. Customer service is very poor. This is at the 3853 Atlanta Hwy store

I was greeted as usual one person in front of me I order to eat in. 10 minutes later with no one but me in the restaurant I look up front and the young man swings into action and I hear him say he forgot about me. My sandwich was cold, my Curley fries were under cooked and the Au jus ordered with the French dip was luke warm. All this time no one is in the store. I visited this location tonight and in side my bag was something advertising about weight like really you're at a fast food place who wants things like that in there bag with they food ��������
Long lines, the outside intercom for ordering needs to be updated, changed out, poor sound quality, building outside needs to be spruced up. Food was good, server was great.
