Arby's is one of my family's favorite places to eat but the service here was terrible. Ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 were wrong, carried them back and they finally got one right. Arby's sweet tea is my favorite and it was weak and not sweet at all.

I visited this Arby's with my 2 year old on our way through town and left without realizing I was leaving my wallet. The Assistant manager tried contacting me through Facebook, but I didn't receive the message until I made it back to Atlanta. We called and spoke with him and he overnighted my wallet back to me at his own expense. Such wonderful customer service and I was so grateful.
