We always like going to Arby's. Yesterday went through the drive through and went home to eat. Very little meat on the sandwich. We paid $7.00 for 2 buns and a little cheese. The dine in was closed. It will be quite a while before we come back.
Went to pick up a to-go order. Employees were not wearing masks nor gloves. Lost my appetite. Won’t be back until that changes!
I had been thru the drive up a couple of times around 7:30 pm and ordered the crispy fish sandwich. Both times the sandwiches tasted like they had been sitting a while. Terrible!! Today I went around lunchtime, again the drive up. I explained that the other ones had been terrible, and could I please have a fresh one. I got home (3 miles) and ate it. I mean it’s Arby’s .. they got tha meats
The past few times we have been through the drive thru they have not given us all our order. Finally had enough of paying for food and not receiving it and called. I tried to call last night when we got home and realized we didn’t have some of our food and nobody answered, called this morning and they hung up on me as i was answering their question on what was missing from my order
once again a fabulous dinner Arby's is really consistent and Service rates right up there with the best
LOVE this Arby's!! The employees are always pleasant, never had a problem with my order, the food is always delicious and the dining area is always clean. Glad to know that not all fast food places have "let themselves go." Yeah, I'm thinking Arby's ;)
