Rarely do I come to Arby’s but when I do something tends to be wrong with my order. Like my charcoal Arby’s sandwich today. Yum.
I would personally not recommend the location on Lagrange Rd in Louisville KY. My husband and I stopped by this location and placed an order to go. While standing there waiting we witnessed the manager screaming and talking poorly to her employees at the front counter. The manager did not have a name tag on so I didn't get her name. I suggest some anger management classes in her future. No employee should have to deal with her behavior.

I'm so glad I ordered a beef and cheddar. Never fails I always get the smallest amount of cheddar. This time it was maybe a teaspoon! Completely ridiculous for what you pay

No straw for my drink Employee looked disgruntled when i asked for a package of arby sauce . Hmmm.
The managers were extremely rude. They say very understaffed. I have been given the storm any chances and I'm always very disappointed will not be coming again and definitely warning others not to come
At this location, I had car trouble in the drive thru and my car stalled. While I was waiting, the manager came out and was screaming at me to move. I was on the phone with AAA trying to get help and explain to him my situation, but he wasn't listening to me. Finally, after he left me alone, I had to wait in my car on a sizzling hot day. They offered me no assistance; not even a cup of water while I was waiting for the AAA rep to come jump my car and move me out of the way. Why is it the last two Arby's I have stopped at never have shakes? If they are not available they need to be taken off the menu.
