June 1, 2014 3:00 pm, very poor customer service, young man at the counter made a simple mistake in the order which led to his reprimand by manager and fellow male employee in front of myself and my husband. The manager was rude to the young man , did not address us as customers in any way, kept her back to us the whole time. My problem was not that he had made a mistake but the manner in which he was reprimanded in front of us, while we continued to wait for our order.
