The worst. My husband went yesterday round 4 pm. Out of fish and frie machine broken. No sorry for your inconvience nothing. Won't be back!

I love it!
This store really has problems and it really is at the top! After placing my order, I waited 23 minutes in the lobby for my food. One of my sandwiches sat there for 15 minutes! When the manager finally bagged my order I ask if we could check it, I opened the sandwich and it had already settled , the cheese had hardened etc, I ask her what it was, she said my order, I ask her if she thought it needed to be remade, she said no! Would have rated less than one star but apparently that's not possible. It's been more than once that I've gone close to 10pm and the dining room is closed at a quarter till and when I called and question the manager about why they are closed and she said she thought it was 10 after telling me she didn't know the time. She was rude on the phone and needs serious courses in customer service.
Terrible customer service and thats even after talking to a manager and getting a smartass comment from her. Real professional.
Certainly acceptable food. Store needs renovation and better cleaning.
