Just went through the drive thru and got a French Dip & Swiss and when i pulled it apart where they cut it in half a 6 inch long hair pulled apart with it also out of the center of the sandwich. So i know it came from when they were prepping the food and not just a hair that came from somewhere else. Totally disgusting and unacceptable!!!

I met some fine people at Arby’s today. Their staff went beyond expectations. The cashier made the best deal with the dollar menu. I needed help in the restroom and a sweet worker did her best to help me. Thank you ladies for your southern charm and hospitality.
Food was good and staff friendly. Quick service and good view of the road.

I just went through the drive through and ordered a chicken bacon swiss. I got home and realized that there was no swiss on it and after I added my own cheese, I took a bite of the chicken and it horrible and rubbery. I won't be back and if I hadn't been already home I would have gone back to let them know how bad my sandwich was.
Excellent food fast service. best customer service I've seen in a long long time. these people are amazing. thanks guys
