Staff was great, no issues. They were out of hoagie rolls AND Arby's sauce in the lobby. Don't order the cheesesteak! Close to the worst single fast food item I have ever eaten. Grossly awful, grossly overpriced.
Staff was kind and fast. My double beef and cheddar was delicious but the curly fries were the worst I've had. Not unedible but bland and a bit mushy, no crunch whatsoever. I agree with another reviewer that the carpets need to be replaced. Most of the restraunt including the table tops were clean but the base of the table where you can rest your feet was sticky, it's an easy spot to miss.
Food taste consistent with Arby's. This location once modern and cutting edge design. Needs new seats and carpet. Over all I liked it. Average. The service was great this day.
I've eaten here many times with no issues. They do need to update their Uber Eats menu, however. I couldn't make a half pound beef n cheddar a meal and I couldn't find ranch dressing anywhere in the menu
