We enjoy the food at Arby’s. We usually pick up dinner there about every other month. We always go through the drive through and 99% of the time there is a mistake. Either they give us something we didn’t order or forget to give us something we did order. Tonight, we were thrilled when we were handed our full order! Thank you arbys, i came in with my family and my service dog and we felt a warm welcome. The customer ahead of us said something about a dog being in there and your lovely cashier said its a service dog and its allowed. Thank you yall would get 100 stars if i could give them.
The staff was very friendly and the sandwiches were yummy as always. Only negative thing is the curly fries were extremely hard me and my daughter both threw away most of them because they were too hard to eat
I just left about 20 minutes ago and now I remember why I hardly eat Arby's. I ordered the classic beef and cheddar and she asked what size and I told her just whatever size it usually comes with. I then asked if I could get curly fries (I thought they had other fry options mind you I only eat Arby's around once a year) and she replied rude and kind of snobbish 'we only have curly fries' so I just said 'oh okay sorry' and kind of laughed trying to lighten her day. Service is always great. Good variety although I'm partial to Ruebans. Go by one and have an Arby's experience.
