My husband went to get us two Marketfresh turkey and Swiss sandwiches from Arby's because we had a good coupon. He got home and we opened up our sandwiches to find bread and Swiss cheese . . . zero turkey! I guess that I now know why it was such a good coupon. 😉 So much for using a coupon and saving money when you have to drive to and from the restaurant twice! Ugh! Arbys in Moore, OK on Telephone Road

20 minute wait in the drive thru just to give my order then another 15 to get food; got the food then waited another 2 minutes for the drinks. Way to go! You've taken the "fast" out of fast food in the worst ways possible.

I took my kids to eat at your restaurant today and your dinning room was closed which was not a big deal. The issue i have is since your dinning room was closed and has been closed why is it so dirty? why has noone in the store completed a deep clean of the dining area? I would be ashamed if I was the owner and walked into such a nasty store.

First time at this particular Arbys location tonight. Arrived at 6:55pm and waited 5 minutes before the family in front of me commented "hope your not too hungry, I've been waiting 15 minutes to order." I didn't think much of this comment first just kindly chuckled back. I watched this family and the family behind me leave 10 minutes later. You can improve by serving people the quantity of beef that is required on a particular sandwich and stop cheating people.
