Order was wrong, food was cold. I'm the only one here! Not exaggerating .
The smokehouse brisket combo is great at Arby's on High Street, Jackson, MS. However, the young lady that served us at the drive-through window acts so rude and disrespectful, we will never return to that location. She behaves as if you are bothering her just to do her job. She needs a huge attitude adjustment!!!
