HORRIBLE customer service and the person who took orders at the drive through at noon today 9/29/2020, is a total JERK and RUDE. He Hang up on me twice, talk over me, YELLED at me, and yet don't have the guts to face me. Arby's should really FIRE this IDIOT. You have no right to treat anyone like that! Riverdale, UT Arby's Ordered at the drive thru. WANTED: 1/2 lb Roast Beef Combo. GOT: some small, cold, brisket that looked like it was sitting for at least an hour. What I assume was the slice of cheese was stuck to the meat and it was all smashed down totally flat. it was probably the worst meal I've had from any Arby's ever. It was during the dining room shutdown so drive thru was only option. Reaffirms my opinion that drive thrus are horrible! Most likely won't be back to this Arby's.
The assistant manager at this Arby's location this evening was extremely unprofessional. He had no problem swearing multiple times right in front of my son. using the F word and many other inappropriate things while managing a family restaurant Full of guest is a big issue Arby's should deal with.😡😠
........ my chicken bacon swiss had no bacon on it! Usually I love this place but what a disappointment! I didn't see it until I got home and by then there was no point in going back because by the time I'd get there they'd be closed. Such a bummer.
