Great service today helped give me info to get what I wanted with my coupon on the App.
The guy working the drive through window on 11/20/25 around 9:00 pm (I didn’t catch his name) provided the best customer service at a fast food joint I’ve had in years!
Food is always great, friendly staff, the only reason for the low score is because when ever we go inside, it is the most disgusting environment. Like nothing either gets cleaned or is kept clean. Especially over by the drink dispensers. I sure hope the back where the food is made is cleaner than where guests sit.......
The sauce bar on both sides was completely out of all sauces! And when staff was told food was all gone and they had not even started on the sauces.
