I normally love Arby’s. Tonight I was excited to try the Andes Mint Shake. The guy at the window said that it was New Years Eve and he didn’t want to use the shake machine. (It wasn’t even 9 pm.) as disappointing as that was the real problem is that he decided it was good customer service to use both hands to give us the finger out the drive up window. Real classy Arby’s.
Very nice & clean. The remodel did wonders for the exterior. I had the brisket sandwich and it was so good!
Ordered two meals and a slider through the drive through. Paid $1.50 for a slider I didn't even get. Didn't realize until after I got home. It was for my kid, so I had to find something else for her to eat. Food was good though. Just wish I hadn't paid for something I never received.

I love Arbys. The environment is friendly and the customer service is friendly as well. You get what you order. I never have any complaints. Keep doing a great job!!!! :)
We ordered from them an me and the old lady got sick they don't wear hair nets the manager for night shift is a bitch they have lost a customer for life if u like throwing up an having the running shots then by all means go there an eat
I broke down in the Arbys parking lot and they were so understanding. They brought us water and the manager even called her husband, whos a mechanic, to come help us out. They are such wonderful people there. Thank you all so much. Also they remade our food for free just so it was hot. So nice �

What's the point of asking customers if they want any sauce..yep arby sauce.. . Then not putting it in the sack but you put the Marina sauce in it. Then i get home to eat my food and no Arby sauce.. Heather the manager said I'm sorry she must've forgot..when i called.
Really sucks!!! Took off value deals Arby's melt juniors. I mean really how can working class people get each kid a 7.00 roast beef. I'm done eating there tell a special comes. Applebee's cheaper.
