I am a fan of arbys .. i love their food but when I have to wait nearly 30 min in the drive thru, my food comes out cold and the lady at the window looks at me like i have a third head when i ask for my drink. that's just wrong.
Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes! It wasn't even busy! When i got our food, fries weren't even fresh.

Let me start off saying my husband and I first jobs were at Arby's (8 years between us) so we are on of those picky customers.. I asked for our roast to be shaved very thin and used coupons. It has been almost 7 years since we have had a good Arby's roast beef sandwich!!! Your team was super polite and all the food was fresh and the sandwiches were perfect!! Thank you!!!!!!
If you want food poisoning, get the smoked brisket sandwich. Going on two days sick now

Went through drive through yesterday and the service was very polite and I did not have to wait long for my food. Everything came out perfect and will definitely be returning.
The service and food were great. But I was extremely impressed with the employees. Sending kudos out to the young lady employee of Arby's of Junction City for finding my purse and keeping it safe until I realized I left it and came back for it. And then the young man offering me a free shake for having to drive all the way back from Abilene! Above and beyond! Thanks! (All said with a sigh of relief!)
