I usually love Arby's but today my side salad was brown and slimy and my sandwich had dry, crunchy and dark (old) meat in it. To top it off as a diabetic I drink only diet soda and I don't know what my drink was but it wasn't diet pepsi.. It was just not an appetizing meal at all. Poor quality and my guess would be employees who don't care.

Second time we've been there and they forgot food again. Auju to the French dip. Fries to 2 meals. Molten lava cake missing. Starting to think McDonalds gives better service.
The Arby's staff is great, friendly, and the service is awesome. Good job

Food is good but tables were dirty and paper towels were just set on top of the dispenser trash on the floor and employees just standing around
