I ordered a roast beef sandwich today at 5:43pm, and got home to not a roast beef sandwich. I have no idea what this is, actually. Very disappointed. I would somewhat understand how it could happen if you were busy, but there were no cars in the drive-thru and only 3-5 cars in the parking lot.

We went to this Arby's for the venison sandwich that was a one day special! The food was delicious! The staff was amazing and so pleasant! The location was very clean. The team member cleaning was very diligent about his job and so very friendly! We arrived at 1100am and it was a delightful visit! We will rerun again!
