My favorite part was ringing the bell. It was loud and made my girlfriend jump! The staff was nice and the food was to Arby's standard.
We don't eat here very often, but when we do, we normally get excellent customer service. However, tonight in the drive thru, the young man working was less than polite. When I added something to my order, he rudely said "you want to add anything else?". Pull up to the the window, he opens his window, tells me my total and slams the window shut. Although I really love their food, the service tonight was unacceptable! I was in the drive through behind another vehicle that took a while to order and it was close to closing time. While the other car ordered it hit closing time so as soon as the car was done they shut their lights off. I asked at the window and told her we had been waiting in line. Her answer was we are closed then went in and told the other staff and looked and laughed

Worst service I've had in awhile. People working are really nice. But I waited 5 mins to have someone take my order. Then waited 10+ mins at the window and then got half my order wrong so had to go bad around again. And I was the only person there
