Made a drive up window order for $24.24. I received just over half of the order presented when I got home. I live roughly 12 miles from the Arby’s, and of course did not check my bag until I got home. When I tried calling Arby’s, I received a message that their mailbox was full. I have tipped the drive-up window on average approx. $5.00 in each of my previous visits. All of the order I received was cold, and the curly frys were definitely hours old. Service was very slow. Fish sandwich was a disappointment, overcooked, asked for extra tartar, did not receive it.
