Arby’s has been on-point lately! Great experiences all around. The only knock I can think of is a “Loaded” Italian that was very light on meat. Other than that it’s been great!
Worse place is on 41st St I over heard a customer trying to get a water cup while door dashing and they refused to give them 1. I feel that they are actually a customer because they are picking up an order for someone who paid so therefore they should have been able to get a water cup. The reason why they got that business is because that person was out in the hot heat doing that so for them to refuse I feel is wrong. Any other restaurant would have allowed a cup. Come on Arbys do better.
Worse place i will never come here again. I overheard a customer asking for a water cup while working with doordash and I was watching the situation and looking at the managers reaction looking at him like he's dumb and gives him an attitude and says water cups are for my paying customers only...
