Arby's you stole my joy tonight 😭 I was so hungry and wanted to come to one of my favorite fast food places. I waited in line for seriously 30 minutes. I would have hopped out of line and went elsewhere but I can't because it's all blocked off. Finally got my food and it wasn't all correct. the food I did get was good though
Staying in the area for work, went to Arby’s and whomever the guy was that was operating the drive thru at 8pm gave me arguably the best customer service experience of my life. Extremely personable, well mannered and overall kind. In my experience customer service normally lacks when a restaurant is very busy, but this experience proved that stereotype to be false.
Great food and I will be back
10mins in line to order. 20min wait for our food. The place was had to many employees standing around doing nothing. When things need stocked in beverage area. And bathrooms needed clean and supplied. Trash cans over flowing. And employee was very rude when approached about these things.
It’s not X you should worry about… it’s me.
