New General Manager.I'd definitely re-visit and enjoy the posative changes.
The manager Izzy is very rude. Being a manager myself I am baffled by how she is even employed. Long story short she screams hatefulness over the intercom and then claims she didn't know her headset was on. It really doesn't matter anyways. Words shouldn't have been said.
Order was wrong. They didn’t listen
So, Arby's gives you a "Make It Right" coupon for a free meal when you have a bad experience... what happens when you have a bad experience while trying to redeem it? Had to wait 10 minutes before my order was taken (I was the only one at the counter). I saw my sandwich come up, but it was another five minutes before I got it because the front counter person was taking an order and the drive thru runner just stood there ignoring it while waiting for his order to come out. Not a good way to "Make It Right," Arby's.
