Great customer service (drive thru and counter service) has been consistently enjoyable for my son and I our last three visits. Attentive and polite employees at the Eagle River Arby’s location keeps us coming back to include the poppers and Jamocha shake. It’s refreshing to see respectful employees represent their brand with a mature and positive attitude, unlike their next door neighbor McD teenage management team.
