We ordered two number 5 combos (chicken bacon Swiss) with roast chicken… and got something with buffalo sauce slathered all over it. Neither of us could eat it. We threw it away and left. We will not be back. It had been nearly a year since our last visit. This sealed the deal; we won’t be back.
I ordered 1 fish sandwich and a broccoli cheddar potato with a order of broccoli on the side. They charged me for 2 fish sandwiches and 2 potatoes and I ended up with a roast beef sandwich and fries. (Someone else’s order) I called to tell them and have them make it right and was basically called a LIAR. RecommendedThe customer service here is incredible!! They had messed up one small thing on one of our sandwiches and they literally replaced THE ENTIRE ORDER with extra food, and two free shakes. Seriously willing to start driving the extra length to go to this location over the others!
We ate here last night, Halloween night. All of the employees were so nice and polite and fast. The manager on duty also went above and beyond. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location but the amount of kindness and hospitality I was shown last night, I had to leave a review. Best experience so far .

they finally got our order right ( I think bc we actually went inside ) but the chicken looked and tasted as if it had been under the heat lamp over a HR and the curly fries WERE NOT fresh !!! Every time we come here it's like it gets worse and worse, I feel as if we are just throwing our money away... can't say we won't be back bc Albertville doesnt have a lot of good fast food restaurants to choose from, We just hope Arbys gets better !
I love Arby's. I think their sliders are about the best ... so tired of hamburgers all the time. My son tried the bacon BBQ Steak sandwich and he thought it was great.
