I love Arby’s food and was excited to get my first Arby’s since being out of the country for 6 months. What a disappointment to get back to the house after getting our Arby’s classic sandwiches and discovering no sauce was provided. What makes it especially puzzling is that it was a specific part of the discussion when ordering: we were asked if we’d like the sauce on the sandwich or on the side. The food is a nice alternative to burgers or chicken, but the lady at the counter at Kansas & Republic mid-day yesterday absolutely rocked customer service!!
