Best in Turlock I've been to many eye doctors since I was in 3rd grade and Mr. Hoobyar is definitely the best. He's a great person, conveniently located and very friendly. I've been going to him for about 7 years on and off. I flew in from Denver to visit family and was glad to be able to see him again, and as always, was happy with the service he provided. I'm shocked at the current reviews. It's a great value and it's at one of my favorite Costco's in the Valley!
From Turlock Didn't care for his personality and exam. The prices were OK but I didn't feel confident with his results.
you can do better He is genuinely not a nice guy, I know him personally and have heard him verbally bash his patients with great frequency. Overall he is quite an acidic person which make me very uncomfortable to recommend him- even professionally.
