i bent my favourite necklace a couple months ago and my grandma recommended me to come here. he fixed the necklace within a minute and when i asked how much i owed, he said “don’t worry about it!” wow, so amazing! thank you so much for your kindness!
I had a wonderful experience at Arbutus Jewelers. I brought in my ring because the diamond band was missing four tiny stones. The jeweler explained that the setting doesn’t hold the stones very securely, so more were likely to fall out. He suggested replacing them with more affordable gemstones that would look identical to the originals…saving me money while keeping the look I love. Fixed my necklace promptly and at a reasonable price.
Last year, the owner was SO KIND to me! I had a very special piece of jewelry that got slightly damaged (dented) and not only did he fix it, he kindly did it while I waited. As soon as I was there for 5 min, six customers came in after me. A lady picked up her fixed necklaces, another lady came to ask questions, a couple came in to get their engagement rings re-sized, and it didn't stop, it was like a parade of customers. 3 months ago I brought my watch in to get a battery changed at Arbutus Jewellers. I received the watch back 2 days later. The next day the watch stopped working and I could see water had entered into the housing. I brought the watch back to Arbutus to which I was instructed "I will call you when it's ready".
