I had a wonderful experience at Arbutus Jewelers. I brought in my ring because the diamond band was missing four tiny stones. The jeweler explained that the setting doesn’t hold the stones very securely, so more were likely to fall out. He suggested replacing them with more affordable gemstones that would look identical to the originals…saving me money while keeping the look I love.
