I found Lorne through my benefits at work and decided to give therapy a shot as I've been going through a lot in my life and he HELPED SO MUCH. He made it feel like we were just having a conversation while simultaneously teaching me better ways of getting through the hardest part of my life. If I could put more than 5 stars, I would.

For those whose first stab at therapy is this I just wanted to say it's important for therapist to get an understanding of you as a person. And Lorne did that with me. He listened to what I had to say and over the course of a few weeks he managed to help me get through the emotionally extremely difficult period I had. He was always on time, always professional and helpful.
I really appreciate working with Lorne. He was very compassionate and understanding. He helped me develop skills to manage my anxiety and depression. During our sessions, he kept me on track with the issues that I was there to discuss. I have benefitted from the insights that he helped me discover and look forward to continuing to work with him.
