Decided to update my 10-year-old car. From getting an estimate to having the work done faster than expected, they did a fantastic job. Installed new headlights I provided, repainted the hood, roof, and quarter panels, and put a new windshield in. Gorgeous work, very pleased.

First time customer! I was referred to Arbutus Body Shop by another local business owner, and I'm very glad I took his advice. From the moment I walked in Richard and his staff took care of everything. I wasn't using insurance, and they completed the job UNDER the original quote and on time. Highly recommend and this will be my goto body shop if the need arises.
This is the third time I have used their services. The first two times were very good. This time not so much. Between the incredibly rude receptionist who clearly should not be the first person you see when you walk onto any business. Just picked up my vehicle after being repaired by the guys/girls at Arbutus Auto Body. They did a fantastic job. The color match is perfect, at least to my eyes, everything was done on the time schedule they provided when I dropped it off, and as an added bonus my car was washed and vacuumed, which may have been more difficult than the repair itself.
