My daughter was distraught that someone broke the window in her car and messed with the mechanisms under the steering wheel in an attempt to steal it. She took it to Arbutus Auto Body shop and they were so wonderful. Not only did they help her, but they went above and beyond to make her feel safe and send her on her way. Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter in such a loving and kind way. I give you 10 stars
Took car in for an insurance claim, they handled everything perfectly. Only took a week to get the repair completed, they even cleaned the car after
Something was hanging loose under my minivan. I took it here, not know what to expect. After a 5 minute wait, one of the mechanics came over, looked under the minivan and began doing stuff. After 5-10 minutes, he said he has re-screwed the loose part. I said 'thank you' and asked what the next step was. He said it was fine for now and didn't need any next step. I had some paint work done on my car and they did a fabulous job. It looks like I just drive it off the showroom. It came back clean inside and out with a beautiful paint job. I highly recommend then. Great employees and easy to work with.
