My car looks brand new
Their paintshop is great! Great workmanship!
I need to make clear that this rating is not a reflection of the work that was performed on my car which was GREAT! But what was not great was the poor attitude, poor customer service I received from their FRONT desk person Heather. I received a call from Cameron (exceptional service) about my car this particular day around 1130am about my car being ready the next day of that call. I am so, so pleased with the work Arbutus Auto Body did on our 2016 Honda Accord. My daughter backed into a column in a parking garage. We went to them for an estimate to correct the large dent in the bumper but not necessarily make the bumper "perfect" and knew we would still see scratches after fixing the dent. Well, the work was performed today and there is no evidence of the dent at all and the scratches were given a cosmetic makeover that we didn't expect. It looks better than what we had hoped.
