During the weekend ice storm a large tree fell on our property. I was surprised to see workers in my backyard disposing of the tree trunk and the tree branches. It turns out someone from ArbreCare lives in the apartment building behind my house and the company cleaned up the debris without charging me. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
My husband and I met Jonathan, and he took the time to explain that our Silver Maple was a sick tree and needed to come down. The tree came down quickly after we spoke, his response time was fast, and his price was reasonable compared to the other companies that quoted.
