The management "team" (two old hags wearing too much make-up) sucks! They are too involved in the residents' business at times it is not appropriate; such as, who people hang out with and why, and what type of social status each resident holds. They are not involved enough in the residents' business where it is needed; such as, when a grown man accidentally overdoses on pain medicine and the police begin investigating his room-mate.
