Terrible Maintenance, Unprofessional staff – I would not recommend these folks from the renters side. First off, when we moved in we were promised a package to sign up online for a maintenance. We were assured we'd be able to check out the status of work orders online, place new ones etc. We never received any details on this so were forced to go the other route, phone them.
