My family and I are so thankful to be patients at this clinic. The environment is welcoming, the staff are always so friendly, and Dr. Lalonde is the best doctor - she is so supportive, patient, and listens to our concerns. Thank you to Dr. Lalonde and the staff at Arbour Family Medicine!
The system for contacting is horrible. Very frustrating, and I can only imagine what’s it’s like for those that are not to good in computer usage. This is not the best way to deal with patients.
Update: the phone system has gotten worse. Which is almost unbelievable, given how bad it has been in the past. Doctor Folkerson is a very good family doctor: professional and knowledgeable. However, the phone system is often absolutely terrible (as other reviewers have commented here). As an example, I received a voice message on my home phone answering machine last week (it is now Tuesday).
