Booking online is easy and simple. I've been here a long time. Took me quite while to warm to the idea of going to a doctors office. Dr. Ting gets me the help I need in the end. I used to have a great nurse practitioner Siedah as well but I dont think she is at this location anymore :(
My Dr. Is finally leaving to go to another clinic. This place is horrible when it comes to booking appointments. Going in is the best option but you will still need to pay for parking (which is right next to an elderly apartment complex, seems like just a cash grab to me.) The online booking isn't the best as there are limited options for the reasons to see your doctor and you can only book monthly so if the month is booked you have to wait the next month, not user friendly at all. Plz Stay away from Doctor Urooj Chaudhary. She is horrible family doctor. She don't give a damn about her patients.
Worst doctor Urooj Chaudhary. Very insensitive and touched me on my knee pain inappropriately. I was always respectful to her but this time I’m leaving her for good. Did not manage my diabetes well confusing me with meds. She needs to go to med school again and learn how to talk to humans.
