As a healthcare practitioner myself, I have had an overall positive experience at this clinic. Dr. St. Amant and Dr. Webb have provided excellent care for us, and having the afterhours clinic is very comforting. They are kind, compassionate, and highly professional physicians. The office clerks are always welcoming and courteous, and they contribute to a positive patient experience. Impossible to find bookings online and hard to get someone to answer the phone within their working hours
Dr. Urooj Chaudhary left my injury untreated for 4 years. She would diagnose me on the spot every time I visited her. And her only input was "weak muscles" which led to her giving me a physiotherapy prescription. As if everyone has money for that. Her attitude towards me and the way she rushed appointments and ignored my opinions towards how my body felt led me to not see her frequently for said injury.
