parent DON'T SEND YOUR CHILD THERE! We sent our daughter, they diagnosed her as bipolar after one 15 minute meeting with her doctor. Put her on meds WITHOUT our consent! She was voluntary, so we had to sign paperwork saying we wouldn't take her out for the first 72 hours, but after that we could get her when we wanted. Turns out we couldn't! We had to put through a request in writing and they had 72 hours to make the determination and then could have her involuntarily committed. The nursing staff doesn't communicate. The day... read more

Horrible Facility. I was admitted for the second time into Brynn Marr psychiatric hospital in 2012. Prior to being admitted, i was in a regular hospital for about two weeks following a serious suicide attempt which left me in a coma, and intubated. Almost as soon as i woke up from the coma, they started arranging a bed for me at Brynn Marr. When you first are admitted, they're supposed to give you the clothes or any other belongings that are allowed into the facility almost immediately. I had to constantly remind the staff t... read more

Disgusted My daughter who is bipolar adhd and impulsivity has a hormonal and chemical imbalance was recently admitted to Brynn Marr. First off we sat in the emergency room and waited 34 hours for a room for our daughter . Then once we got to the hospital they seemed very nice and concerned took our information and did a intake . I spent one hour relaying information to this lady assuming it would be used to help my daughter. They told me someone would be contacting me the next day . Needles to say I didn’t hear anything . ... read more

Left Me Far Worse Off I was voluntarily admitted to the active duty wing after having suicidal thoughts related to previously being raped. https://www.facebook.com/BrynnMarrVictims I was not at all safe in their care. I was there less than 24 hours before I was sexually assaulted by another patient and they did nothing about it - nothing to make me feel safe, nothing to keep him away from me. He slept in the room next to me, and I had to sit by him in the lounge for the rest of my stay (since they lock our rooms during the d... read more

Not recommended I don't know what happened between the times of the good reviews in 2005 and now, but I would not recommend going here. I had a severed finger and it took them 6 hours to give me stitches. The admitting staff yelled at me as soon as I walked in to fill out paperwork to check in which I could not do as I'm right handed and my right index finger was severed; then they told me it was a 2 hour wait to be seen.... because they don't prioritize by severity of injury but rather whether or not you arrived by ambulanc... read more

Hit and miss care The staff at urgent care always seem rude, especially the receptionists. Sometimes you get good care and a good experience and other times it would be better to go to the local veteranrian. Only use this place if you have to!

Great Care! The staff is caring. Often they are very busy but still take time to smile and care for you as quickly as they can while giving good service. Very informative.
