Management has been and is currently trying to scare all of the residents into believing they no longer have a grace period for rent by posting notices on your door for everybody to see, that threaten to evict residents. Colorado law requires a seven day grace period and arbor commons is trying to obscure that. Some of us have to combine income to afford to stay here and not everyone gets paid at the same time. I’ve been living in this community for almost a year now. I love the property itself but I just had to mention how truly incredible the ladies at the leasing office are. Adrianna has been fantastic since the day I toured the property. She responds quickly and is always there to answer questions. Silver does a great job as well! The Assistant Manager Colby is THE BEST! She is so incredibly helpful. On my tour with her, she knew everyone that we saw throughout the community by name. She put a smile on each persons face that we saw. You can tell she genuinely cares. I couldn’t recommend her enough and also Arbour Commons!
Omg me and my kids love our new place and I’m so thankful for Colby on getting us in and making sure everything is good with our apartment. She was always informing me in updates even when I thought I wasn’t gonna get the place she made sure to go above and beyond to get me and my kids in and weeks before move in date I love you Colby so sweet and caring 🥰🥰🥰
