I’ve been living in this community for almost a year now. I love the property itself but I just had to mention how truly incredible the ladies at the leasing office are. Adrianna has been fantastic since the day I toured the property. She responds quickly and is always there to answer questions. Silver does a great job as well! The Assistant Manager Colby is THE BEST! She is so incredibly helpful. On my tour with her, she knew everyone that we saw throughout the community by name. She put a smile on each persons face that we saw. You can tell she genuinely cares. I couldn’t recommend her enough and also Arbour Commons!
Omg me and my kids love our new place and I’m so thankful for Colby on getting us in and making sure everything is good with our apartment. She was always informing me in updates even when I thought I wasn’t gonna get the place she made sure to go above and beyond to get me and my kids in and weeks before move in date I love you Colby so sweet and caring 🥰🥰🥰
We have lived here since the end of March. The location is great, the maintenance and office staff are very good but because this is a big corporation I feel things are harder to fix when in comes to amenities. We paid an amenity fee upon signing the lease. -The pool is awesome but is not heated? Who doesn’t heat a pool in Colorado? The water temp was 62 degrees today. -The hot tub has not worked since we moved in. -The clubhouse has been recently renovated and is beautiful but it is not open past 6 pm.
