Chris had done a decent job for me in the past, but he had to leave before finishing his last Palm Tree trimming job for me, after I paid him in full. It has been over a month since I paid him and he has made countless excuses for not returning to finish the job as agreed. This is unacceptable and I want to warn others to avoid being ripped off like I was.
