My son just purchased a home in this community. It appears to be in pretty early stages but it sounds like it will be a beautiful community when finished. We've lived in Hansville for 20 years and while I understand some people being upset about this going in - it is an upscale beautiful community and it's bringing something we need to the area. I'm beyond heartbroken to see Pulte homes destroying the once beautiful forest that I used to wander with my dogs many years ago. I understand that growth is inevitable, but at what cost to our rivers and streams, and to one of the only remaining bits of forest habitat for so many creatures? I've already witnessed the impact on the displaced animals who have to look for refuge among the golf course. Bears, cougars, opossums, raccoons, coyotes and more have been forced to find new homes and many have not survived. We don't in... read more
