This is the worse company ever. They over fertilized my flowering cherry tree and then had the nerve to tell me the tree is losing all of its leaves because we are in a drought. I guess they weren't around when it rained almost every day in July. I wrote them an email but they never answered me. So between last year and this year, I'm now out $1200.00 and they don't give a dam. Wish I had read the reviews before I hired this company, would have saved money and aggravation. I would have given them no stars.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came to a routine prune on my beautiful Maple that was 60 years old and killed it, They do not take responsibility and the arborist is a FRAUD. Steve LIED to my face. DO NOT USE THEM. Call ********. You can see from other reviews that this company is TERRIBLE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE once they take your money and are unprofessional.

We did in fact work for the above customer, unfortunately they are way off for the reason for the trees decline. We pruned the tree FIVE YEARS AGO (2014) during which we pruned it back from their house, the neighbors house and removed deadwood. Since 2014 we have sent the customer plant health care treatments for the tree every year and never got a response, until this week we have not heard anything. I had a very positive experience with Arborway Tree Care three years ago. But this year, when I attempted to hire them again, the experience was entirely different. They submitted a quote for the work that was nearly twice what it was in 2014. The arborist was rude during my discussion with him about the price. The office manager did not return calls in spite of the fact that I had placed a $250 deposit down on the job.
