I'm a fist time dog owner who lost my dog 3 year old dog unexpectedly. It's too painful to go into detail. Long story short - I was very disappointed in the lack of compassion from Arborview. They seemed "bothered" by my questions. I really thought they cared about their patients. I was wrong.
Zero stars!! Terrible clinic! Had my dog put down, was very traumatic experience. She wasn't given anything to calm down 1st just held down & needle put in her arm. Then when I called to ask when her ashes would be ready to be picked up..they told me too bad, she was in a group cremation & nothing I can do about it now. I paid for cremation so I could have her ashes & don't get them. The woman vet told me they must have mixed something up they were busy that day. They are awesome! Took care of my 15 yr old Shitzu immediately when in need at a time when no one else was even answering their phone! I am forever grateful for their compassion!
