Devin did an excellent job repairing the outlets in my apartment. He was prompt, professional, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend his services!

Let me start out by saying this is not towards The Maintenance team. George, C.J, Devin do a great job. The increasing costs and fees here are absurd. $35 for trash pickup that doesn't even get picked up most of the time while the dumpster is 10 feet from the front door? Comical. Also we were offered a promo when renewing our lease for another 12 months for it to only not be honored by the front office shortly after. Guess as long as Renew gets their money that's all that matters to them. Definitely not renewing
